Lead facilitator for 6-month strategic planning process. Resulted in agreement to transition, in name and in scope, from the Arizona Recycling Coalition to Circular Arizona, including a new mission statement. Assessment including interviews and surveys of current board members, former board chairs, coalition members, and stakeholders.
